FAQ

If I just got my locs installed, can I use all these products? Yes, all these products can be used from the beginning of your loc journey.

How long do I have to wait with my starter locs before I can shampoo? It's recommend to interlock the roots so they're more secured (don't unravel) but if you can wait the 1st few weeks this is best, then shampoo. Contrary to belief, shampoo actually helps your hair loc quicker.

Refunds

You can refund any unopened and unused product within 30 days of purchase (anything used is final sale due to being personal care items).

Simply request a refund and once approved, ship to our office (Hamilton, Canada). Once received and verified, a refund for the returned items will be refunded to you.
