Shipping policy

SHIPPING TERMS

All orders are processed within 1-3 days from the order date (not including weekends and Canadian holidays). For any orders following a special promotion (sale), the order processing may take longer than normal.

Once your order is packed, you will receive an email confirmation. After orders have been handed off to the post office, we cannot control the delivery time as it is subject to the courier (and customs if applicable).

We don't have a physical store location, however local pickup is available in Scarborough and we have a limited selection of products sold via some hairstylists.

FREE SHIPPING

If your order is $50 or more and you live in Canada, you will be able to select FREE SHIPPING at the checkout (no promo code required). For US/international, due to shipping from Canada there may be higher than normal shipping costs (until we expand and find local shippers per region).

 

SHIPPING REGIONS

Currently, we only ship within Canada, the UK and Europe (hopefully soon to the Caribbean). US shipping has paused unfortunately due to increased tariffs.

For everywhere else in the world, please email us at support@kerlbeauty.ca and we can draft a custom order for you with a shipping quote.

 

SHIPPING PARTNER

We choose to ship mostly with CanadaPost & ChitChats, however, we may also ship with other third-party couriers. Due to any possible circumstances that may cause delays (ex. strikes) we use other carriers to get your products to you safely and in a timely manner!

For US & International shoppers, you will receive your package via your local carrier once it leaves Canada. Please ensure to watch your tracking. This unfortunately means you may incur customs and duty fees that we are unable to predict or handle the costs of.
